    Very impressive business model that's incorporated in this business. Customers order and pay on an iPad, completely no cash on premises. The progress of orders is shown on a screen. Behind the counter are stations with each employee responsible for only one task - either filling in rice or salad then somebody else cutting the chicken then another packing all orders. Orders are efficiently fulfilled. The Grilled Chicken I ordered was delicious. Chicken skin tastes of lemongrass flavor with maybe a hint of turmeric. Chicken itself is a bit short of marinade but somehow yummy. I think it's due to the thin slices that incorporates the tastes. Chicken broth is gingery. Service is very fast.

    Located in a seemingly sketch strip mall is the clearly place that dedicates itself to the chicken. Hainan Chicken bowl with rice and sides drove me to try it out. The chicken could hauled more seasoning and the ginger scallion sauce needed some flavor kick even with the sharper oil seared scallions taste that was missing. Chicken was soft and a choice of dark or white meat. I added an egg that was ok but again all my socks are still on. The veggies were a big odd. Plus honestly I'd like it all just hotter to excite the taste buds. More liked a 3.5 but I'm hoping my next time will be stronger. YMMV. Enjoy.

    the best chicken rice ever i've ever had!! chicken is well marinated and rice is a perfect match with soup. Cant ask for more, this is a must try!

    I've done single plate purchases as well as large party tray bundles. Each time, the food has been fantastic. Friendly service, correct orders, no issues and delicious food. I've only done pick up so can't comment on dining in. Easy parking and plenty.
